Manchester High School for Girls

On Sunday 20th August at 8pm, BBC2's Dragons' Den returned to our screens. This series, MHSG alumna, ex-career banker and business turnaround specialist, Jenny Campbell, has taken her place on the panel of investors.

We are thrilled to announce that, fresh from the den, Jenny will be returning to School on the evening of Wednesday 27th September to reflect on her experience of what it was like to take some feisty northern grit into the dragons' lair. She'll also be speaking about the importance of her own personal business motto; " glass ceilings, only sticky floors."

The talk is open to all pupils, parents and alumnae of Manchester High School for Girls. Refreshments will be served from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Jenny founded YourCash Europe, a leading provider of ATMs to the retail market, handling millions of transactions and processing billions in cash value.  Last year, she sold the business for £50 million.

Winner of a number of industry prizes, including Business Woman of the Year in 2014, Jenny uses her spare time wisely, helping young people realise their potential. She is an ambassador for Tomorrow’s People; a charity that helps young people enter the world of work. Jenny’s appearance fee for this event has been donated to Tomorrow’s People.

We expect this to be an incredibly popular event, so please reserve your seat now with the Development Team:

The event is free of charge but donations to the MHSG bursary fund will be gratefully received on the night.
