Infants (Reception – Year 2)£3,760 per term, £11,280 per annum
Juniors (Year 3 – Year 4) £3,800 per term, £11,400 per annum
Juniors (Year 5 - Year 6)£3820 per term, £11,460 per annum
Seniors (Year 7 – Year 13)£5,074 per term, £15,222 per annum

Lunches - 2024

Infants£269 per term / £807 per annum
Juniors£295 per term / £885 per annum
Senior (Year 7 & 8 only)£295 per term / £885 per annum

After School Club 2024

An After School Club is available up to Year 6 at the following rates:

  • £6.30 for an early session (up to 4.35pm)
  • £12.60 for a late session (up to 6.00pm)

NB Pupils collected after 6pm will be charged late charge of a minimum £15 per 15 mins per pupil. Pupils are expected to be collected before 6.00pm.

Instrumental & Speech & Drama Lessons

Additional fees are charged per term for optional individual or group lessons in Instrumental Music and Speech and Drama. Details of these lessons are sent to parents shortly before their daughter’s admission to the School.

Tax-Free Childcare

Manchester High School for Girls accepts tax free childcare vouchers as part payment of fees up to and including the term that the child reaches compulsory school age i.e. the child’s fifth birthday.

The tax-free childcare vouchers can also be used for payment of breakfast and after school clubs up to the child’s twelfth birthday.

Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers is a government sponsored scheme; for every £8 invested, the government contributes an additional £2 subsidy, up to a maximum of £500 every 3 months per child each year.

15 hours Universal Early Years Funding

Manchester High School for Girls offers 15 hours Universal Early Years Funding to Reception children up to and including the term that the child reaches compulsory school age i.e. the child’s fifth birthday. 

To take advantage of the 15 hours Universal Early Years Funding, a Parental Agreement Form must be submitted to [email protected]
