Alumna wins The Ogden Prize

Congratulations to Sejal Dhebri (Class of 2019) who has been awarded The Ogden Prize by the Manchester Geographical Society.

The highly coveted prize is awarded to the student who attains the highest mark in A-level Geography at a school or college in Greater Manchester. Sejal, who also studied Economics and Mathematics, now reads Economics and Econometrics at Nottingham University.

Mrs Watson, one of Sejal’s former Geography teachers, commented: “This is an amazing achievement and is testament to Sejal’s dedication and hard work. I know that her work ethic will never leave her and I can’t wait to see where she ends up!”

Mrs Lomas, Head of Geography, collected the award on her behalf from the Society.
