Head Girl Team

We are very proud of the fantastic leadership opportunities offered in the Sixth Form at Manchester High. In particular, we are pleased to introduce our Head Girl Team and Ivy Prefects for this academic year:

Head Girl Team: Bella, Eve, Filippa, Hana, Libby, Myesha

The Head Girl Team works extensively with the Head Mistress and Director of Sixth Form on a range of events and opportunities, including Founders’ Day, alumnae reunions, assemblies, and projects within the school community.

Our Head Girl, Ayomikun, said: “At MHSG, friendship is an integral part of our school community, which is why we chose it as our theme this year. Too often, girls are encouraged by society to see one another as competitors rather than supporters. Through this theme, we hope to challenge that narrative and celebrate the power of uplifting one another.

“At MHSG, there is space for everyone to flourish. While academic achievement is important, it is the friendships we build along the way that shape our experiences and create a sense of belonging. Our school is a diverse and vibrant community, and we hope to encourage friendships that reflect and embrace this diversity, fostering connections across different backgrounds and interests.”
