| Senior School News Biologists Junior Sixth Form attended a special study day at the Paterson Cancer Research Institute at Christie Hospital. A number of schools in the area were invited to the event where they experienced various practical techniques which are applicable to AS Biology. Pupils were also briefed on the extent of research explored by the institute including; histological analysis, control of cell division and gene sequencing.
