In October 11 Sixth Form Art students had pictures on show at the annual schools’ exhibition at The Portico Library and Gallery. The girls who had paintings selected for this event were Aasha Agravat, Rebecca Burton, Joanna Chow, Jennifer Fitton, Danielle Kaye, Rachel Lentin, Lorraine Li, India Cecil-Oakes, Natalya Paul, Imogen Strzelecki and Genevieve Wood.

“The Assembly” has become an extremely successful pioneering event showcasing the work of GCSE and GCE students from schools and colleges across the North West, and provides an opportunity for pupils to sell their pieces in a city centre gallery.
