Bold students headed off to the Chet Centre in Little Crosby for an action-packed activity day.
In teams, the girls and staff competed against each other in a range of survival activities including: building a shelter, cooking from a ration pack, a camouflage and concealment exercise, orienteering and a very challenging obstacle course including nets, tyre runs, balance beams, swing bridges and tunnels.
By the end of the day the girls were exhausted but enjoyed the challenges they had faced. As well as being fun, the day was designed to develop skills of confidence, communication, leadership and trust. |
