Introducing A New Head of Preparatory
[printer-friendly page] [printer-friendly page]

WE are delighted to announce the appointment of Miss Liz Bridges as our Head of Preparatory Designate.

Miss Bridges will join us in September 2008 upon the retirement of Miss Sheila Coulter. She is currently the Head of Primary at The British School of Boston, Massachusetts, and was formerly the Head of Juniors at Howell’s School in Llandaff, Wales.

Miss Bridges is a keen saxophonist and also lists independent film and cuisine among her interests.

She said: “I am both delighted and honoured to be joining one of the most prestigious schools in the country. I have already been struck by the enthusiasm of the girls, their love of learning and the dedication of the staff in the Prep.”

MHSG Head Mistress Mrs Christine Lee-Jones said: “The Prep is a vibrant, high-attaining and happy learning environment, which in itself is a tribute to the work of Miss Coulter. We wish her well upon her retirement at the end of the summer term.”
