Team Building At Lakeside
[printer-friendly page] [printer-friendly page]

The start of a new school year heralds exciting experiences for our new Year 7 pupils at the Lakeside Outdoor Activity Centre on the shores of Lake Windermere.

Over 100 girls, who joined MHSG's Senior School in September 2007, enjoyed a packed programme of team-building activities, that included orienteering, raft building, a zip wire, canoeing and torchlit fell walking, to name but a few.

Staff and Head Girls travelled up to join in during the programme which gave all the girls an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy working together.

New friendships were formed and the girls also faced up to personal challenges, enjoying themselves immensely in the process.

Film footage of the Lakeside activities will be available shortly.
