Paris In The Springtime

Harriet Morecroft, Olivia Hill, Lucy Kenyon and Hannah MacDonald write:

"What comes to mind when you think of Paris? Well, Year 9 MHSG pupils returned with improved language skills and tales to tell from their recent trip.

Despite the enormous queues, we reached the top of the Eiffel Tower which was a truly amazing experience. We could see the whole of Paris before us including the Notre Dame, The Arc de Triomphe and the River Seine, all of which we visited during the week.

Not only was the trip a memorable experience, it was very educational.  As well as visiting famous landmarks and practising our French, we also learnt more about the history and geography of Paris.

It was a hugely enjoyable week and we would definitely recommend the trip to the new Year 8 group.
