A wonderful performance

The Wizard of Oz was an explosive theatrical delight! The fantastic potion blended excellent music and stage craft and simply blew away the expectant audience.

Olivia Williams sparkled in her ruby slippers in the charming lead role of Dorothy. Her enchanting accomplices were Laura Deslandes as the beguiling Scarecrow, Rebecca Morgan as the hearty Tinman and Catherine Bell as the cowardly Lion.

All the cast’s spellbinding performances were underpinned by the wonderful Wicked Witch of the West, Rebecca Carver, who had a cackle that sent shivers through the auditorium.

Produced and directed by Co-ordinator of Drama, Mrs Rachael Abson, The Wizard of Oz raised the spirits of all who were lucky enough to see the sell out performances.
