Academic

One or more academic scholarships may be awarded by the Governors for excellence in performance in the entrance examination, taken at the age of 10 or 11, for admission to the Senior School in September.

Music

At least one music scholarship will be offered to a talented entrant in September. Candidates who have qualified for admission in the entrance examination, and who have submitted an application for the music scholarship, may be invited to attend an audition. The audition will consist of sight reading and aural tests and candidates will be asked to play a piece of their choice on two instruments, or one instrument plus voice.

Sports/Dance

With a state-of-the-art Sports Complex including a dance studio and fitness suite, we are delighted to be able to offer a sports/dance scholarship. Applicants should show excellence in sport or dance, demonstrated by surpassing what is expected of their age group.

Candidates who have qualified for admission in the entrance examination, and who have submitted an application, may be invited to attend an assessment for the sports/dance scholarship. Assessment for the sports scholarship will take place on a specific day so that candidates can be assessed in relation to each other in a number of sporting activities. Dance assessment/observation will take place on the same day as the candidate’s interview.

Please contact the Registrar for further details.
